Blarky (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a website and creative agency operated by SCALEKRAFT PTY LTD (ABN 84 684 395 533), an Australian private company based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. 2) Information we collect
You provide: name, company, role, email, phone; project briefs, brand kits, media files, approvals/feedback; billing details (payments via providers; we don’t store full card data); hiring materials.
Automatic: IP, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referrals; cookies for session, analytics, preferences, and (if enabled) ads.
Sensitive data: not intentionally collected; you must have rights/lawful basis if submitted.
3) How we use information

• Deliver and improve services (production, account management, support)

• Proposals, quotes, and contracts

• Project management, approvals, delivery

• Payments, tax, legal compliance

• Security/fraud prevention

• Service emails and (with consent or as permitted) marketing

AI usage. We use AI-assisted workflows and vetted vendors. Client assets are not used to train public models without explicit written consent. Processors operate under confidentiality and data-processing terms.

6) International transfers

7) Retention

• Project files (source & exports): typically 24 months post-delivery (unless you request earlier deletion).

• Contracts/invoices: 7 years or as required by law.

• Backups/logs: per operational and security needs.
  You can request deletion of project assets, subject to legal obligations.

8) Your rights
Australia (APPs): access and correction.
EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
